The mission's nastiest enemy is a doorway. A Rising Tide sends you through Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds, but the real test is reading the architecture before another squad reads you first. Bring a mobile loadout, keep room for the power cell, and remember that useful ARC Raiders Items won't matter much if you lose the run while hunting the wrong entrance. This quest rewards patience more than raw DPS.

Start with the route, not the marker

In Buried City, head toward the southern Piazza Roma area and identify the two tall buildings near the objective. The foreman's apartment isn't reached through an obvious street-level door. Climb to the eastern rooftop, take the zipline between the structures, then watch for the platform on your right. Jump off there. Continuing to the opposite roof is the mistake that sends many players into a loop around the block.

The first checkpoint is easy to miss

Inside the barricaded apartment, move toward the rear and inspect the desk with several monitors. That terminal contains the foreman's digital logbook. The mission should update as soon as you interact with it, so don't waste time taking pictures or checking random furniture. Once the logbook registers, extract from Buried City rather than turning a completed stage into an unnecessary PvP gamble.

Carry a compact, mobile loadout for the rooftop approach.
Check your objective after using the logbook.
Extract before searching for extra loot.
On Dam Battlegrounds, approach the northern complex with cover in mind.
Leave spare inventory space for the power cell.

Okay, the Dam section is where the mission gets muddy

Enter the Power Generation Complex in the northern part of Dam Battlegrounds, then work toward the Controlled Access Zone. The useful landmark is the large central chamber surrounded by metal stairs and walkways. Several locked rooms sit nearby, and not all of them belong to A Rising Tide. From what I've seen, players lose more time testing unrelated doors than dealing with ARC units.

Power first, office second

Search the lower section of the Controlled Access Zone for the power cell. Its nearby position can vary, so sweep the lower chamber instead of assuming it will sit beside the mission marker. Clear enough space before picking it up; carrying it makes a sudden fight harder to manage. Take the cell back toward the metal stair area and install it in the wall-mounted power compartment along the eastern side. Only then should you hunt for the opened office.

Take the photo, then leave

After the powered door opens, cross the nearby walkway and enter the office overlooking the central area. Face the whiteboard showing the reconstruction information and move close enough for the photograph prompt to appear. If nothing happens, verify three things: the cell is installed, the room is the one opened by that power system, and your view is centered on the whiteboard rather than a nearby object. The interaction is precise, not a general room check.

The cleanest A Rising Tide mindset

Treat each stage as a different problem: vertical movement in Buried City, verification inside the apartment, controlled searching in Dam Battlegrounds, then a careful interaction in the office. Don't chase optional loot after the logbook or linger after the photo. A spare slot, quiet approach, and quick objective check will help more than a maxed-out build here. Once the mission is complete, an efficient return run is a better reason to buy ARC Raiders Items than gambling a successful quest for one more container, so extract and bring the information back to Speranza.
